Covid-19 Guidelines

From the 24th February 2022 the Government has announced to remove all remaining restrictions in relation to Covid.

It is no longer mandatory to wear a mask for drivers and passengers. The passengers front seat will be available to travelling customers.

When travelling with us it is important to respect one another’s choice!

Complaints

We take complaints very seriously. If the event you have a complaint about a driver or about a recent booking, please reach out to complaints@cheetahminicabs.co.uk where our complaint handler will deal with your issue promptly.
