Cheetah Cars will not take any information provided by you for use on any other site or resell it. However, we share your personal data with our 3rd party service providers in order for us to provide our services to you. Whenever we share your personal data, we put safeguards that require 3rd party service providers to keep your data safe. It is in our legitimate interest to work with these providers as we may not have the capability to provide some of these services ourselves; including fulfilment, data storage, flight tracking and payment processing. We guarantee that all information that you share with us, including your contact information, and any pickup notes will remain confidential. We adhere to a strict anti-spam policy. We won't reveal or sell your email address to third parties. We won't send you emails/sms if you don't want to receive them - except to confirm your booking and find out how our service was.
When you place an order, we send out an email/sms with the order details. You may also receive an occasional newsletter or sms from Cheetah Cars if you have consented to this. This is our way of notifying you about upcoming offers and information we think may be helpful to you. Cheetah Cars will never share email addresses with anyone else. If you decide at any time that you want to stop receiving our emails, you can opt-out by clicking on the Unsubscribe link at the end of every email.

The data collated for booking purposes
We have a legal requirement to process your data in order to satisfy TFL regulations and ensure accuracy in the booking process.
Data and information may be collected and processed via various modes includes but is not limited to: Telephone/In person at our nominated sites ‘Face to Face’ Website/Mobile Application/Email/Live Chat/Social Media/Review Website/Third party organisations booking on your behalf/Other Booking platforms and portals. Types of data information gathered and processed includes but is not limited to; Booker and passenger name - this allows us to know who we are collecting and share with the driver responsible to carry out the trip, Home/Work or nominated collection/drop off addresses including any stops/via’s – this allows us to price a trip accurately and assists the driver in delivering the service as required. Telephone numbers (Landline/Mobile/International) – this allows us to send you the booking confirmation details, driver tracking links, feedback survey and for the driver to contact you at the time of your transfer – note calls may be recorded for training purposes. Calls may be related to enquiries, bookings, complaints or other. Email address – we can send booking details, driver details, receipts and manage complaints/queries. Details of the trip including times, instructions and any additional requirements. Flights details – we aim to track all flights to ensure collection is made as per requirement with the use of 3rd party flight tracking integration.
All Transaction Details are recorded to assist with future bookings with us and for compliance (TFL). These details aid speed the booking process working as favourites. Surveys and feedback comments may be sent via email, text, or requested over a call – you have the option to participate and post. The findings are used to help Cheetah Cars analyse the service levels and if posted may be visible to other users.
We are responsible for card payments stored or transmitted. There are two categories for payments which are defined below:
a) Customer not present - Online/App/Telephone
All Debit/Credit Card transactions use a Pre Authorisation process – and if any pre authorisation is unsuccessful we have the right not to offer the service or offer a cash option if available.
b) Customer present - Face to Face
Information we collect
This notice applies to all the information that gets collected or submitted on Cheetah Cars through the Bookings process, quote request, and other pages. We collect the information you provide us during the Booking process and use it to fulfill any bookings we receive. We also collect and store partially entered bookings and sometimes follow-up with customers who may have failed to complete their booking due to a technical problem or other reason. We only use the booking information you provide us for the purposes of booking fulfillment - we never use the information you give us to sell on to third parties.
Any transmission via the Intranet/Internet unfortunately is not 100% secure and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of this data via our site or app – any transmission will be at your own risk; we will aim to try our level best to protect this data.
We will not disclose your information as per these terms and conditions – only if requested by an official regulatory organisation or by law. The only other time we may share your information is if we sell or purchase another business and it is an integral part of growth in continuing to deliver a high level of service.

Booking/Session Cookie: We use a session cookie to remember what you have told us during the booking process. We deem these cookies strictly necessary to the working of the website. If these are disabled then various functionality on the site will be broken and bookings will be unreliable.
Your IP Address, device information, browser type may be recorded – we cannot establish the individual but merely used as a form statistics and patterns – Our online site and mobile application may collect Cookies to distinguish customers – the customer can control this through their browser settings and preferences. This element allows customers to gain better experience when browsing our site. The Mobile App uses location tracking – this enables us to locate you as a customer and offer services – this feature can also be disabled but could affect accuracy in the offering.
